My fiance took my phone to write this lol My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Diamondrensu and I am so impressed with the quality and care that went into my ring. I am absolutely in love! Although the picture I provided with this review is stunning, this ring is a show stopper in person! Of course, at the time, I didn't know my fiancé was working with the team to have my ring made, however, after the proposal my fiance had raving reviews about the customer service he experienced. He mentioned the seamless communication and the accommodations they made. For example, my fiancé ordered a size too big and when he realized he immediately contacted the team. The mistake was easily resolved no questions asked.
