I have communicated with the seller on other occasions and customer service has always been great. I’ve never had an item shipped so quickly, hours after I purchased and it was delivered in 5 days from India to the US! The stone is very white and lively and may be perfect for some, but I was a bit disappointed. From the listing pictures I was expecting a bit warmer stone as well as a more noticeable culet. The area under the table seems to have an odd look to it, unlike other OECs I’ve owned. It looks a bit fuzzy and is lacking that flower petal look that OECs are known for, I’ve tried to capture it in the video. I have decided not to use this stone for my project, however I would still recommend this seller, his stones are a great value, I think mine just wasn’t cut well.
