Customer service was great! I was messaged pictures of the completed product before shipment and super fast from ordering on 12/24 to receiving it on 1/5 despite the holidays. The ring is very sparkly and fits as described. The only part I wished was better was the cut in the stone as the middle is more of a square center so it doesn’t reflect light as well as a round stone with a round top and makes the center piece look more like a square. The band is nice and dainty but it does feel a bit sharper around the edges compared to a more smooth fit as my other rings

Awesome customer service

The ring looks even better in person, amazing work. Only thing left to review is the durability and how it holds up overtime but I am very happy with the quality for the price! It even got here 2 weeks before the expected time! Customer service is awesome too!
