We actually ended up changing designs mid-project. She chose an emerald cut lab diamond

We originally ordered the hexagon cut but changed our minds after it was made. We hated to even ask, but they were so amazing to work with. They gave us time to find the perfect cut for my wife and changed our order with no hassle. The ring (emerald cut) is gorgeous! We did wait a little longer than expected, but that was our fault. It arrived in a secured box with lots of stuffing for protection and then in another box and possibly even another box. We were so excited once it arrived, we couldn't wait. The ring sparkles under any type of light and was definitely the one for her. I would highly recommend this company and definitely the customer service for all your jewelry needs.
